Modern Bells' Automation System

When deciding upon the appropriate automation system for bells we should consider both the technical level of used solutions as well as whether the system fulfills the norm DIN4178 relating to parameters of bells' work (the number of hits per second etc). This subject should be considered as etremely important as it relates to safety of bells and bell tower. We must remember that bell is first of all a musical instrument which together with appropriate automation system will serve for ages. System of drives must by first of all safe. Bells and especially those placed on standalone contructions can be very dangerous for people. Therefore the Drive system should have appropriate certificate of safety. The automation system produced by company Rduch has the certificate recognized in authorized Institute in Straubing (Germany) that's why it fullfils rigorious safety standards and does not interfere work of any other devices in church.

Modern Bell Automation System in line with European Standards

Drive System MT-3 produced by company Rduch, its a combination of linear engine and modern, remote control of bell work. It can drive small belss as well as very big ones such as bell Władysław (casted in Jan Felczynski's Bell Foundry) weighing 10 tons and situated in Warsaw.

Bell according to standard DIN 4178 depending on its weight tilt up to certain angle and ring with certain hits per minute. For instance bell weighting 500kg (medium profile) should tilt up to 67 degrees and  60 times per minute. Keeping those parameters as per the standard will result in proper usuage and long life of bell. Drive system produced by company Rduch quarantees smooth start. In system produced by company Rduch the control over that process it becasue of unique microprocessor and digital programmer.
